The best way to confirm successful delivery of your gift is often to contact the recipient directly. If you suspect a case of non-delivery, you may also e-mail us on the next business day after scheduled delivery was to have occurred. Orders that are sent to us or phoned in past our cut-off time monday to friday 12 noon will be delivered the next business day and on weekends or can be delivered by courier Same Day for an added fee. - Late orders & saturday & *sunday orders are not guaranteed untill the following monday also applicable to holiday periods. As we provide free delivery, we cannot redeliver for free no matter what the reason. The recipient can return the product to our nearest location within 2 days for an exchange, or we can arrange for a cost of $9.99 a redelivery to the recipient thanks.
